Our fulfilment period is split in to the production phase and shipping phase. Unlike most companies where the product is shipped immediately, ours is a little different. Because we literally hand-draw every single pet photo from scratch, it takes longer than usual to actually ship an order. But it's definitely worth the wait. And each parcel is prepared with a lot more care and attention.

This phase covers the time it takes to review your photo, hand-design your custom pet portrait as well as prepare it for printing on to a physical product. This phase also includes any artwork reviews and revisions that need to be made.

These shirts shrunk significantly in length. Flimsy fabric and poor quality. A disappointing purchase.

They fit my feet very well, though I take a 10 1/2 size shoe, these are the larger sized socks ~ 12-16. They are NOT in any way shape or form too big! So, my guess is that the sizes run smaller than what they claim. Regardless, very comfortable, and my experience with Gold Toe's athletic socks is they last a couple years before holes start to show up. A solid purchase for me.

These are amazing sunglasses! I've had a $200 pair of Oakleys and I have to admit that the quality on these might be on par. It came in a super well packaged box with a cover case, cover bag and cloth to clean the lenses. I'm shocked it came with all of this stuff for being under $15 a pair.

Definitely cannot judge the book by it's cover because these inexpensive glasses are pretty darn high quality. Will be buying another pair so I have one in each vehicle :)

A bit long for my shoe size 9.5. Not surprised as they are said to be for shoe size 6-12, which seems to be quite a spread. They'll work for me. Previously bought their ankle socks which are great and fit as expected.

Bought these for my boyfriend after I couldn't take his smelly old work socks anymore. These do well to keep his feet dry, and they don't slip off his heels. He says he likes them and I assume that's true since they're all he wears now.

I like them. Sturdy, lots of fabric. Soft to the touch with a velvety feel. Very nice product. They also shipped quickly. Recommended.

These glasses are very comfortable. I really like the style of the glasses. I've used them while driving and also at the beach. They are very useful and durable. These ran a little small. I originally ordered them in a medium but they were too tight around my chest. I can wear a medium in some clothes. I ordered the large and they fit fine. I really wanted to like them but the reason I'm giving them two stars is because of the weird ruffle around the opening for your shoulders. just did not like the way it was cut and hated the ruffling. I found a different one on Amazon that didn't do that and I'm happy birthday but I really liked these colors better than what I found.

These are a good quality, medium weight t-shirt that can be worn under shirts or alone.

One of the best things I have ever purchased. It is warm and comfortable. I can cook and clean wearing this. I can keep my heat low and wear this to keep warm and save on heating bill. I love it!

Has been a great wallet so far. Good quality (top grand calf leather), understandably stiff and a little difficult to use when brand new but breaks in and becomes much easier to use in a very reasonable amount of time.

I'd return these if I spent more than 8 dollars on them. I don't know how people expect these to fit but I was expecting a snug fit all around. The leg cuffs are snug but everything else is just baggy and sloppy. I ordered the size that the size chart indicated I should and the waist is very loose. The worst part is the crotch area...there's literally like a 6 inch bag of material just hanging at the crotch which don't do a sufficient job of keeping things in place or keeping you warm. They're sloppy and loose and I can feel them bunching and moving around beneath my outerwear. Definitely don't recommend these, spend a few extra bucks and get some duofolds or something.

I really like the fabric and the look of the bag. It is a little bit small for me but probably would be fine for someone whoo doesnt carry much. Be aware a larger phone will not fit in the bag. Any iPhone plus will not fit.

I think Ive bought this same pack for my husband 3 years in a row now. Ive always received hidious colors. I really would like to get him the grays but Ive received a pack full of pink and purple, this year was orange and blue. Cant remember the 3rd one but it wasnt very attractive either. My husband likes the quality so I keep getting them but seriously this variety of color thing is ridiculous. It should let you pick the color.

These are the best sunglasses I have ever owned. The fit is great, the clarity is fantastic. I have owned several pairs of Maui Jim's and these are my favorites to date.
