Our process is split in to two parts: creation and fulfilment. Creation refers to the artwork and product design stage. Fulfilment refers to the shipping of your order.

If you placed your order recently, ordered an artwork review, or have requested revisions, then please expect your order to take a little while longer to perfect it before it goes to print!

You can email our team at support@ and request an update on which stage your order is in. Generally, it will be in one of the following stages of our artwork and product creation process:

personalised phone back coversThere is an issue with your photo, and we have emailed you to get some help. Generally we are just asking you for a better photo, or some extra photos so we can see all angles of your pet.
personalised phone back covers Your photo is being turned in to an eye-catching hand-drawn illustration by our in-house professional artists.
personalised phone back covers If you ordered an art review, this stage involves us watermarking the artwork, emailing it to you for review, and waiting for your approval or revision requests. If it's in this stage, expect an email revealing your artwork very soon!
personalised phone back covers During this stage we are creating the print file for your product. Here, we're carefully sizing and positioning your artwork, scaling it up without any loss of art quality, and adding your chosen background colour.
personalised phone back covers Your one of a kind pet product is being created!! Time to get excited, soon it will ship out to your doorstep and you'll have it in your hands in real life!
personalised phone back covers Your order has been shipped to you! If your order is at this stage of the process, you'll also receive a tracking number to use on our online parcel tracking portal.

Hard to get cards in and out from the start. I thought itd loosen up a little so itd get easier over time. So far its still pretty damn tight, whih i like but also difficult when you try to get a card out. Same for id slot

I love these T-shirts they are made with high quality material which is heavy.

Ordered all black. Got. Multicolored. Fabric is bad quality. Rough and scratchy. And although Amazon states on the web page for this product that it is returnable.....you cant. Shame on you Amazon.

I got these for my husband and while back, and he really liked them compared to other sun glasses he has tried. Now fast forward this it has probably been about half a year or so....and he wears them pretty much every sunny day when he's out side or driving, so LOTS of use. Well long story short the sunglasses fell off and got run over by a four wheeler. He seen it happen and actually thought they'd be broke and that was the end of them....but it wasn't....one of the frames popped out (which he was able to pop right back in) other than had he just had to clean them off. Now more recently he has been wearing them while clearing out some trees and cutting up fire wood and brush and ended up with a stratch on one of the lens. Since he liked them so much we were going to order another pair and just let it be done. However this is an awesome company with a lifetime warranty that they stand by. Was as simple as taking a picture of the glasses and now they are sending us a replacement pair. How awesome! Really thought it'd be more hassle but it was super easy and they were really great about the whole thing. Would highly recommend these glasses, they stand up to A LOT! And the company is pretty awesome too.

The levi strauss is not what i oderd they are 34-30 was supposed to be 40-32 the other pants was right so i dont get how they mad a mistake on these

Awesome socks. Well made and lots of cushion. Really comfortable to wear on hot and cold days are just around the house. Elastic is strong and socks are holding up well.

I bought this mask for my father who has COPD and breathing issues and needs to cover his nose and mouth while in the cold. He loves it! The fit is perfect and covers well.

Took on a recent trip to Thailand from Hawaii and it was great to use, the pocket is accessible. I wish I would've ordered the larger one for lugging my stuff and some of husband's stuff around but the smaller size worked just fine too
