Yes you will definitely receive a tracking number. As soon as your tracking number is available, you'll receive an email containing the full details. If over 3 weeks have passed and you do not have a tracking number, please email us.

A delivery driver has attempted to deliver the parcel, but was unsuccessful. This can be down to a variety of reasons: incorrect shipping address, nobody at home and no safe place to leave the parcel etc.

Check that you provided the correct shipping address at checkout and then contact the courier (USPS, FedEx etc.) canvas painting accessories to arrange another delivery attempted at a time that suits you.

If the parcel is delivered to the wrong address because you made a mistake at checkout, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

We have a number of safeguards in place to help ensure that you love your one-of-a-kind artwork. These include:

If you're unhappy with the artwork specifically, we'll have to run a number of checks. Note that:

• If the photo you provided did not follow our photo guide, we will be unable to offer an artwork revision/replacement. It is your responsibility to provide photos according to our photo guide.
  
• If you ordered an artwork review but failed to respond within the given 3-day window to provide your artwork edit requests, we will be unable to offer an artwork revision/replacement.
• If you ordered an artwork review and provided your edit requests within the 3-day timeframe but believe we did not make the desired changes, we will look in to this. If correct, we will issue an artwork revision and replacement. Note that we do not issue refunds.

We recommend that defects are kindly donated to your local shelter, to provide extra comfort to cats and dogs without a home.

We can print the full body, yes! Although this isn't our 'standard' offering so you won't see this option on the product page. If you want a full body print, just place an order and email us. We'll invoice you a Full Body Artwork charge of +$7 to be paid as soon as possible.

We have a page on our website that provides a step by step photo guide. Please ensure you follow our guide when taking a photo or choosing a photo to upload. Low quality photos or those taken in bad lighting can lead to inaccurate pet art.

Please ensure that your pet's fur color, eye color and any other details are canvas painting accessories in the photo you provide.

We conduct a photo screening for every new order we receive and will email you if we need a different photo. But it's best to take matters in to your own hands and ensure you upload the best photo you have.

Generally, we do not send you a proof prior to printing. We handle a large volume of orders per day and therefore can only send proofs to customers who purchase an artwork review.

Purchasing an artwork review will allow you to see the artwork once it is complete, and either approve or request edits to make it exactly how you want it.
